thanks for the response

At the moment i send the current Mail document in context, without saving..
strange thing: It happens not on all mails, and at the moment only on 3 users..

What i will try next:
- create a new doc and send it
- if that not helps, i try to create the new doc directly in the mail.box ..

i keep you updated..
